GLOW Creative welcomed Durham undergraduate Abi Barker within our ranks, providing hands-on work experience for this future marketing professional at our Durham-based marketing agency.
The second year Marketing & Management student from Durham University sought out marketing experience to implement her school learning in real-world scenarios. Abi joined us at GLOW in September to work part time alongside her studies, combining academic vigour with practical knowledge acquisition to round out her skillset.
In her short stint at GLOW Creative, Abi has tackled marketing tasks from website development and updates to social media account growth and outreach campaigns. Meanwhile, she brought fresh ideas straight from the lecture hall to our Durham office, giving us an insight into the ever-changing discourse surrounding the marketing profession!
Abi has been an enormous help to the GLOW Creative team, and we’re delighted to have been part of her professional development as she looks forward to her final year of university. We wish her the best of luck for her third year!
