Committed to turning ideas into reality, Glow Creative proudly contributed to the Peace Crane Project in Durham. This remarkable project brought pupils in the North East and their worldwide partner schools together to create thousands of colourful origami peace cranes, each carrying a unique message of peace and hope.
Curated by Jo Shippen, an artist renowned for her window displays and retail concepts, the installation saw the people of Durham unify around the project’s poignant message. Glow Creative played a pivotal role in the project’s success by delivering high-quality graphic design and essential project management services.
Design That Inspires
Our talented design team worked closely with Jo to create a visually stunning and cohesive identity for the Peace Crane Project that captivated the community.
A large-scale window design was created, transforming a commercial window space into a vibrant canvas of hope. Along with bringing Jo’s vision to life and complementing her plans for the art installation, our team created shareable social media graphics and TV screen adverts designed to inspire and engage the community. Interactive instruction manuals were carefully designed for the target audience, empowering school children to create their own peace crane.
